By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wakahire Legal Group, P.C.
Services
Wakahire Legal Group, P.C. provides legal representation and counsel specializing in refund recovery and related litigation. The specific scope of services for each client will be defined in a separate engagement agreement. Our services are limited to the legal advice and actions explicitly outlined in such agreements. No attorney-client relationship is formed by merely visiting this website or submitting a contact form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may terminate their engagement with Wakahire Legal Group, P.C. by providing 14 days written notice. Refund eligibility for fees paid will depend on the terms specified in the individual engagement agreement. For services rendered on an hourly basis, any unused retainer funds will be refunded after deducting for work completed up to the date of termination. For contingency fee arrangements, any expenses advanced by the firm will be due upon termination. Partial refunds for work completed will be assessed based on the attorney's hourly rates for the time expended.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
